Howdy Neighbor!

We invite you to get involved in our community by volunteering, becoming a board member, joining a neighborhood group, attending a neighborhood event and by paying annual dues.

The HOA strives to promote the well-being of our neighborhood through community events, civic improvements and maintenance, as well as, helping our neighbors to maintain our community's connection to each other, neighborhood appearance and property values.
 
The Knollwood HOA, located in Longwood, Florida, is a voluntary non-profit community elected organization, organized under Florida Statues, of Family households within the immediate Knollwood area.  It is financed by annual dues of $150 for an annual household membership.  These dues help share the cost of keeping our exterior wall and entry island maintained and to plan community events.  You must register to see all of our website's content and to be notified of neighborhood news and events.  For your convenience, you can pay dues online by clicking the bell at the top of this page, next to your name.
